Charlotte & Sean's September Wedding at Avisford Park Hotel, Arundel

September weddings always have a certain charm, and Charlotte and Sean's day at Avisford Park Hotel in Arundel was no exception. Although the weather had other ideas, it never took away from what was a relaxed and joyful celebration with the people who mattered most to them.

From the moment I arrived, there was a real buzz in the bridal prep room as Charlotte & her bridesmaids were getting ready. Charlotte looked absolutely stunning, and her dress was a real showstopper. The elegant silhouette and gorgeous back detail photographed beautifully throughout the day, adding something special to every portrait.

The weather certainly kept us on our toes- every time we stepped outside hoping for group shots and portraits, the rain made another appearance, sending us back indoors. It meant we had to get creative with small undercover spaces as well as capturing one of my favourite black & white images of them running for cover!

The floral wall from Touch of a Bow became the ideal backdrop for group photographs and completely saved the day in between courses at the wedding breakfast. It added a lovely focal point and meant we could keep everything running smoothly and making the group images that much more fun!

The day was full of thoughtful touches, and one of the favourites had to be the sweet cart. It was a huge hit for guests of all ages throughout the reception and lovely to see details like this become part of the atmosphere and give everyone something to enjoy.
